Canada Delivery Options:

Priority - Next day delivery (with tracking)
Xpresspost - Up to 2 days (with tracking)
Regular Parcel - Up to 9 days (with tracking)
*Shipping is free on orders over $100

US Delivery Options:

Priority Worldwide - In as little as 2 business days (with tracking)
Xpress Post - In as little as 3-5 business days (with tracking)
Tracked Packet - 5-15 business days (with tracking)
Small Packet - 5-15 business days (NO tracking)
*Shipping is free on orders over $100
(Will be shipped out via Small Packet Air (No tracking)

International:

Xpress Post - In as little as 5-15 business days (with tracking)
Small Packet Air - 1-5 weeks (NO tracking)
*International shipping can on rare occasions can take up to 5 weeks to arrive. Please allow this time to pass before contacting us regarding your order. Pink Mink® is not responsible for any duties or custom taxes.

Tracking your order:

Once you have placed your order with us and your payment has been cleared, you will receive an email to show your order has been processed (this may take up to 48 hours). You will receive a follow up email once your package has been shipped, which will include all tracking details if it applies to your chosen shipping method. 

Please contact Canada Post before attempting to contact us regarding your tracking number or delivery. Please allow 24-72 hours for tracking information to become visible.
